How are your carpets different than those at other retailers?
Often times, other retailers sell a lower quality product that is not best
suited for use in residence halls which will naturally have higher foot
traffic. Our carpets are residential quality and bound to resist unraveling –
perfect for a residence hall.
We also guarantee our carpets and will provide you a full refund if you're
unsatisfied. Simply call 1-800-892-8730 and we'll direct you how
to return your carpet on campus.
How can I be sure the carpet will fit in my student's room?
We work closely with each college and university to recommend the carpet size
that will best fit your student's room. This information is on the letter you
should have received and can also be found by clicking on one of the color
swatches on the Residence Hall Carpets homepage.
If you have misplaced the letter, can't find your hall, or have additional
questions relating to the recommended carpet size, please e-mail our Customer

What if I decide I don't want my carpet?
Although we pride ourselves on offering a quality carpet at a fantastic price,
we understand things change. Simply call our Customer Service team at 1-800-892-8730
and we'll direct you how to return your carpet on campus. For fastest service,
if you choose to return your carpet, we recommended that it be returned as
close possible to your move in date. In most cases, returns will be accepted up
to two weeks after move in.
If I have any questions, comments, concerns, or feedback, who should I contact?

When will my carpet arrive on campus?
This information is located in the letter you recently received. If you have
misplaced the letter or have additional questions relating to the arrival of

Which color do you recommend? / Which color is the most popular?
We find Beige to be a popular choice as it goes well with most décor colors.
Grey and Navy are also preferred colors.
Can I pick up my carpet early?
Unfortunately, due to your carpet being custom cut and loaded onto a truck, we
can't offer early pickup.
When is the last possible moment that I can place my order?
Typically, orders can be placed up to two to three weeks prior to move in on
your campus. Please refer to your Residence Hall Carpets letter for a
definitive ordering deadline.
The deadline has passed – Can I still place my order?
No late orders will be accepted after the deadline due to the nature of how
distribution is organized on your campus. Thanks in advance for your
understanding.
